We hereby point out that you are responsible for your own use of these platforms.

When you visit our Bluesky, Instagram, Mastodon, and LinkedIn pages, the platforms themselves process your data, such as your IP address and your settings specified in the cookies. Data protection within the framework of the organization

Green Legal Impact manages the following data about you in order to carry out our work as an organization:

Member administration

Member data such as name, address, and bank details are only processed by the respective authorized persons for the purpose of performing assigned tasks. The purpose of processing member data is to pursue the organization’s purpose and administration. The legal basis is membership of the organization (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Current membership data is stored for the duration of membership and for up to six months thereafter.

Events

In order to organize webinars, seminars, and other events, we use our event tool and registration forms to store all the technical and organizational data necessary to make the registration process as convenient as possible for you. This data is used exclusively for the organization of the respective event and is deleted after six months at the latest. If you agree, you can also sign up for our newsletter within the registration form to be informed about further events.

Use of photographs

Photos of our organization’s activities are published on our website and social media platforms for the purpose of external presentation. The legal basis for the publication of the following photos of adults on our website is the legitimate interest of our organization as described below, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Due to our legitimate interest in reporting on the event and its success, we also use photos of the audience that participated in an event. This includes photos in which people appear only as accessories.

You have the option to object to the use of such photos in which you appear, in accordance with Article 21(1) GDPR. We will check whether there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms. If this is not the case, the photo in question will be irrevocably deleted.

We only publish other photos in which an adult (club member or member of the audience) is the focus or in which only this person was specifically photographed with the consent of this person (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). This consent can be revoked at any time for the future.
